Urine-OffTM was originally created by Environmental Biotech Inc. ( EBI) a world leader in environmentally -sound wastewater, drain and odour management solutions for food service and industry. In 2003 Bio-Pro Research LLC USA and Start Bio-Solutions Pty Ltd were created as separate entities to take on the job of launching Urine-OffTM into a much larger market.
Urine-OffTM was originally developed for the poultry industry . After two years of development , testing and proving that Urine-OffTM worked the poultry industry decided it was too expensive to apply so when the sales barely trickled in Urine-OffTM sat on the shelf as a failure.
Several years later an EBI employee’s dog died. Before passing, as a final momento, the animal decorated the man’s oriental rug collection. Desperate to save his rugs he took home a sample of the companies failed product. And it worked!
“Wow, we may really have something here”, said Bill Hadley , CEO of EBI and Bio-Pro Research LLC. Hadley , a real estate broker for many years realized he had the right product but it was originally offered to the wrong market. He remembered all the homes he refused to list or couldn’t sell because of intolerable pet urine odours.
Urine-OffTM was then offered to the pet industry. Veterinarians grabbed it en masse. Urine-OffTM solved a problem for them in their own clinics and surgeries and for clients who have problems with pets at home. Urine-OffTM is also a big item in training dogs. After an Urine-OffTM application where the dog has done its business, the dog can’t even smell it.
Word of mouth alone has already made Urine-OffTM an International success with customers on three continents. From hotels to homeowners, healthcare providers, carpet and flooring specialists, pet and janitorial industries , the tough urine problems are getting handled and the word is spreading fast . Urine-OffTM now helps British Telecom keep 20,000 + of those quaint red English phone booths smelling fresh. American pet professionals think enough of Urine-OffTM to use it themselves and sell it to their clients and the Australian carpet and flooring industry is removing urine stain and odours on carpet and floors that have been there for years. The aged old problem of eliminating urine has been solved and our customers are telling us they are “loving” cleaning up!
