Hi, I just wanted to let you know that I am both amazed and delighted with the results I have achieved with Urine-Off. I have 3 neutered juvenile cats, my cats are kept within the house & their cat runs. The most dominant and yet more highly strung cat began urinating inappropriately recently, I took him to the vet where it was determined that there was no underlying health issues, clearly we were dealing with a behavioural problem. As cats are highly attuned to smell, it appears that my cat was responding to scent marking of tom cats that were spraying on the external walls, and near doors of our property. My little guy was just trying to let them know what belonged to them I suppose! To deal with the behaviour we needed to remove the ‘trigger’ to the behaviour - the vet recommended that I try to remove any cat marking spots inside & outside the house and then use a cat pheromone product to change the marking from ‘spraying’ to ‘cheek & chin’ scent marking – infinitely more people friendly behaviour….

In order to do this however, the urine smell MUST be eliminated completely first! The vet specifically recommended 'Urine-Off', but as she was out of stock at the time, I went on an internet search. I bought on-line the package with the black light included and the day I received the package I got to work with it, well actually I should say - that night....and what a difference! All the areas that I had been scrubbing and hosing off to remove the tom's scents (Outdoors) still had potency enough to be seen with the blue light (It was incredible how much build up there was - even after consistent housing down, and treatment with soap & water, lemon juice, fabric refresher sprays etc… the smell would ALWAYS come back.... PLUS with the black light I was able to identify the exact location of markings and treat them... as I watched amazed, the smell and the marks started to disappear (though it took several sprays of Urine-Off, but you'd expect that given the huge amount of marking that had been taking place!

The results? My indoor cats have started to settle down, there has been no more marking in the house, the added (HUGE) bonus is, that the outdoors no longer has that certain 'tomcat pungency' that we had started to believe was impossible to remove!

Now if there is an occasional marking, we notice it immediately and can treat and target any marking specifically with the help of the black light. This week, I have saved at least 3 hours (YES, maybe even more!) of my time usually devoted to cleaning, scrubbing and washing away of scent markings…. And this time, the odours don’t sneak back and haunt us… the odour is completely destroyed… believe it or not… it has changed our home life for the better!

Thank goodness for the invention of Urine Off (I would hug the scientist who came up with this – whover you are....you are a HERO!) Again – Thank you, I have my happy life and my sanity restored!

I read the warnings about Never using the product in conjunction with other cleaning / de-ponging agents, I ordered some Urine-Off on line after a mournful internet search, and tried it as an absolute last resort.

I won't say it acted within minutes - it was much faster than that. I could not believe the sudden disappearance of the malodour. I was also hard pressed to believe that the manufacturer's claims were one thousand per cent true.

I shall show it to the local pet supplies shop and ask them to stock it, as the product is well priced but the postage is pretty steep. But all in all, it is a magnificent remedy, and I wish I had found it months and many dollars sooner. Many thanks for all the R & D that went into it.
